Papa Johns Pizza - Jersey City

On Oct 9th Sunday at 2:15 pm I spoke to a some guy I told him 3 times I wanted chicken and peppers on half of the pie and regular on the other half and when I get the order it didn't have no peppers this was bad. I hope they work on their staffbetter and put people on the phone that can take an order right.

I had placed a large take-out order for a specific time later in the day, and everything went smoothly. The order was prepared correctly and was ready right when I requested it. They even called to confirm the details. The pizzas—veggie, buffalo chicken, and cheese—were delicious, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I ordered online today for delivery to the school, and when I called to check on my order, the guy told me that the first driver couldn't make it because the street was blocked. I mean, come on—shouldn't someone have called me to let me know what was going on? I was counting on the pizza for my son's volleyball celebration. Just a simple phone call would have been appreciated. The communication was very poor.

At first, I thought that incident might have just been an honest mistake, so I decided to give the place another chance. However, during my last order, the pizza came with spoiled pineapple. Even after removing the pineapple, the pizza still tasted off. It’s not just about the taste; it’s a health concern as well. I work in the kitchen industry, so I understand food safety standards. The spoiled pineapple indicates a lack of concern for those standards, and it seems they don’t care about their customers either. Once again, customer service failed to respond. They just take your money without providing any quality assurance.
