Mithaas Jersey City

WORST raj kachori chaat. I ordered online and the they just gave the big puri basket with a vada inside with curd and chutney no garnishing, no corinader, no sev, no onion… nothing like how they show on menu. It is not even an authentic raj kachori chaat. Samosa were tasteless.

On a rainy day somehow we found the parking, reached restaurant at 9:11pm, drenched in rain. Wanted to order something for dining and some Swéet’s for to go. But we were told that dining is closed(at 9:11pm). The claiming time is 10:00pm as per Google. We requested that we can have something quick to eat but further denied to dine in. Then I showed their timing on google just to confirm if that’s misleading or they are just closing the dining early today only. Then all of sudden they started to ask what I want to order and all…because I mentioned that I’ll write review about this experience. So, they didn’t care that customers are coming in the rain and requesting to sit and eat instead of taking it out, and that too when there was still time…but I guess they take their customers for granted. Service should not be out of fear it should be there because they commit for it. Anyways!

The food was below average, the customer service is worse. These guys don't care about hospitality and treat customers like some beggars. The cashier was rude and impatient. I have tried both dine in and take out, the food tastes below average and they serve stale food. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for good fresh indian food. There are many other options in the same street with better customer service and fresh food.

This is best Gujarati restaurant. They make everything fresh and clean. We really enjoy the food here everytime we go to jersey city

Only go if you are ready to wait for 30mins and then realize that they havent even started with your order. Very bad service and atmosphere. They told us they dont have sev available for sev puri i mean you are right across patel brothers, how difficult can it be to get sev. Never going back to Mithaas please choose Honest over Mithaas
