Ghost Truck Kitchen - Jersey City

I placed a large catering order with less than 24 hours' notice, and the owner personally delivered it. The food was incredibly tasty and delicious, and everyone couldn't stop talking about it throughout the day. I give it 5-star service! I would highly recommend this place—10/10!

I really enjoy a few of the menu items, namely: grilled garlic cheese with tomato bisque, the wings, Mac cheese, corn bread (oh the corn bread! . I found the buffalo chicken sandwich really underwhelming Vs the rest of the food needed more buffalo, chicken needed to be cooked a bit more blue cheese didn't add enough zest on the sandwich (maybe to dip it'd be better, then having a different cheese melted on the sandwich itself . There are only a couple stools in the store it's mainly a delivery/takeout service so don't expect to dine In.

I finally discovered some excellent vegan and vegetarian options in Jersey City. The vegan Bahn Mi was delicious and perfectly seasoned, and the cauliflower hash browns were fantastic. The carrot cake has made it into my top five – it's the best I've ever had! I'll definitely be coming back.

Exqusite. The service was magnificent. The staff had a great vibe in general. 10/10 But it was the food that put a smile on my face. I ordered the Buffalo Mac’n Cheese and the Ceasar Salad. WOW! The salad was perfect, with the delicious Ceasar dressing separate, so you could add the perfect amount for you. The Mac’n Cheese… My mouth start watering just by writing this. I cannot describe the dish, you’ll have to taste it yourself. Highly recommended! And their homemade carrot cake with whipped cream and salted caramel was so tasty! I’ll be back as soon as I can! 11/10

As someone who rarely writes reviews, I came here specifically to say that I'm not even the hugest fan of carrot cake but GTK serves a huge portion and has me scraping the plate. It is gooey, caramel-y, and a real treat. Order the doggone carrot cake!
