This place has really good food, the pulled pork was the taste and texture of expensive dine in BBQ places. I highly recommend it.

I've tried the pork, brisket and the chicken. I'm not a huge brisket fan, so I won't rate it. The pulled chicken and pork are very good though. The potato salad, baked beans, and corn bread are all very good. The only thing I'd skip is the $5 lemonade, it taste like powdered country time lemonade. For that price it should be fresh squeezed or at least from concentrate.

Definitely not worth it. Brisket was not brisket maybe chuck roast not even smoked. Get better at GFS.

Drove 50 miles for this bbq. Saw a story on tv a while back, raving about the food. Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, Mac and cheese and cornbread. Serving size was ample. Pork was tender but lacked bbq sauce and smoke flavor. I believe they opened up a can of Campbells beans and just dumped in a pot. My beans were barely warm! Mac and cheese was cooler in temp than the beans. Ughhh…Cheesy in texture but NO cheesy taste and zero in flavor. Corn bread followed suit…zero flavor, cake like texture and where was butter and syrup. If you are looking for containers of extra bbq sauces, salt/pepper, any condiments or extra napkins, keep looking. If you find them, let me know. Safe to say, I was sorely disappointed. Gal taking window order was very pleasant. I really wanted to like the food, but it just didn't happen. Homemade fudge in the small building next to the bbq stand had delicious homemade fudge. Stop in after your meal, they did have free samples of maple, peanut butter and chocolate fudge. Various types of outdoor seating, rustic picnic tables and some booths in a building behind where you picked up your food. No towels for drying your hands in unisex bathroom. If I lived near this business, I might consider giving it a second chance now that I know what not to order!
