Starbucks - Jermantown

Came in early was greeted with great customer service and was helped nicely so I could sit and charge my phone and drink my drink

A solid location ? no complaints, and exactly what I needed in terms of coffee and good breakfast foods ?

The Starbucks here is pretty efficient and I haven’t had any issues with service. The servers are nice, and I haven’t been disappointed by the drinks I’ve ordered here. However, I do worry about the safety of studying here as I’ve dealt with someone wearing a mask, watching me while studying, and following me to my car. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this Starbucks.Dietary restrictions: You can customize your drink.Parking: It can be hard to find parking right in front of the Starbucks, but there’s some parking closer to the Ace Hardware store.

This Starbucks is a mess. 15 minutes for a Flat White is way too long! Barista was dropping things all over the place. They need a refresher is managing orders. There were 3 people working but only one making drinks.
