Today, the weather was cold, so I stopped by Panera to have a cup of coffee. I put the cup in the dispenser and waited. A staff member came and asked if the coffee was hot. Seeing the steam from the hot water, he confirmed that the coffee was indeed hot enough. It was a day when I wasn’t feeling well due to the cold weather and physical discomfort. However, thanks to the special and warm coffee from Panera’s staff member Christopher, I was able to enjoy my evening. Thanks again, Chris!!

Teribble manager today working at this location does not work with the customer , I was asking to manually add the $1 cup of soup that the software was saying I have earned, the young guy at register took phone from me and tried to add the above soup it appeared the Panera software was not working I asked him being a manager to manually add it he refused and told me to leave the store ! He treated me with total disrespect ! I was shocked by this mean person behavior and wonder how he was made a manager here. The is a Panera bread policy if we don’t get your order right we will give it you free! Far from this ! Also a woman with round glasses working here is extremely rude
