Przekaż informację zwrotnąWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD. This is what they got me as a cinnamon bread twists. I called the store and they said they will make me a new one. I came back and the “manager” didn’t even apologize when I showed him the order. I asked for a refund and he said that the new order was the credit for it. I was hoping the new order will be as it supposed to be but guess what? It was the exact same thing. One of the team members approach me and I explained it looked the same he said there is nothing they can do so they will cancelled. They got me the ticket and when I was heading out he said “enjoy!” After having to come back and wait for nothing. They had the guts to say enjoy? I am reporting this to whoever I need to but you guys are the worst customer service for Dominos. Truly disappointing, not even a apologized not even a decent customer service. Never coming back here in my life. Disgusting food and disgusting experience.
I received my order incomplete, they forgot to deliver my drink and when I called to the store on Dec 08 at 7:04 pm and the guy said that they will send my drink in one hour because they are busy after that I ask what was his name 3 times and he never answered after insisting he said his name was “Mike” and he was the manager. Totally disappointed about the customer service.
Just wanted to shout out to Jared ? I hope Im using the right name. He made sure that I got the ranch cup that I ordered. He was so polite and kind; I really appreciate him. Sorry I didn't get to say that to him in person. The majority of the ppl who work here r good though and quite pleasant. :
There is no customer service in this store. I asked them for a clean cut Pitza when I entered to the store and got them cutting my Pitza without cleaning the cutter. This is the second time I got them while they cut my Pitza with out cleaning the cutter. So I decided to stop buying from Dominos. Those who ask for a clean cut from this store, make sure it is really a clean cut.
Order took 25 minutes longer to deliver, than the estimate. Not a huge surprise considering that it is likely a busy night.Problem is, there were items missing from our order. When I called the store to try and resolve, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When I called back, in case that was an error, no one answered.Paid for items we didn't receive, with no way to remedy.On busy nights like this, most of us assume service will take longer. Not having adequate staff to address QC issues, that's on store management.
