I noticed that the workers weren't wearing gloves and one of them was coughing into their hands while handling food. There didn't seem to be a hand washing policy in place either. Additionally, I saw a woman scratch her face and then continue to serve food without washing her hands. The cashier and the other worker seemed very disinterested and were acting intoxicated, walking away from the counter without attending to customers.
I think the responsible young lady did her best with what she had and then had to make the decision to cut off a swallow. (an inconspicuous employee who slows down the things a little more) because it was so busy, I am not sure that we/the viewers would know that everything was wrong, in the way the superior treated himself. first, she tried to give direction/solution. she then spoke directly, then simply removed the bad apple! the young lady in the redgester was overwhelmed/ undertrained. total $15.07; I gave her $20. they yelled, we have no more dollar. loli gave her a dime! I had to say I had to keep the change, give me $5. we have everything except the F-O-F I ordered, that was never cracked.
Waited 30 minutes in drive through. No apology for the wait. Ordered unsweetened tea. They gave me sweet. This place is a mess. My second bad experience. It will be my last.
I placed an online order at 9pm and arrived at the restaurant at 9:05pm, parking in pickup spot 2. By 9:15pm, I had moved to the window as instructed by a young lady, only to find that my order was not ready. I was told to go back to spot 2 and wait outside until it was ready, which led to a continued wait until 9:30pm. When I finally received my order at 9:31pm, it was completely wrong. The teenagers running the restaurant seemed to be in charge, making customers wait for over an hour with only three cars being served. Currently, at 9:53pm, I am still waiting in the car at window 3 for the food I paid for over an hour ago. It is now 10:06pm and I am still waiting, trying to eat with three children in the car. This experience has left me extremely frustrated with the poor customer service. All I wanted was three McChicken sandwiches and two small fries, but at this point, I am beyond disappointed.
I went to this restaurant one night to pick up something for my mother, but they had us waiting in the car for 45 minutes without anyone acknowledging us over the intercom. I called to check if our order was still being prepared, and the girl on the phone confirmed that it was. As I was speaking to her, I could hear her and others arguing about who was responsible for serving the drive-thru customers, while four other cars remained in line. I approached the first window, but the staff just glanced at me and walked away, so I moved to the second window where a young lady told me I had to place my order there. Frustrated, I left along with some other cars. It was only when a man had to knock on the window that they finally acknowledged our presence in the drive-thru line. Overall, the wait was long and the service was disorganized.
