A co-op with a wonderful balance. Never been into German food, was about to hop into it, then bam, Himalayan noodles and dumplings hit me. Sherpa Kitchen, located inside the brewery has amazing simple and warm food. Zoiglhaus (now known as The Zed) also has amazing food and great staff. Haven't been since Civid hit. Holy Cow! I like the new layout and the addition of new mini kitchens, had the both pork and beef Dumplings, oh yea.. I will be back.

The best pilsner I’ve ever tasted. Kristen at the bar and the rest of the staff are incredible. You’re in good hands the second you walk in the door. They only get five stars because I can’t give more.

I haven't been in there since before the pandemic started.. There making a lot of changes all for the better.. Cant wait till full bar is open but there beer options are great.
