Wonderboy's Smokestack - Jennings Lodge

I was skeptical because I am a true Texan, but I was pleasantly surprised!! The burnt ends gave me great joy . I had the 3 meat plate with Mac and cheese and pork and beans… sooo good!! I will definitely visit again before I head back to Houston.

If you're craving some amazing bbq, make your way to Wonderboys Smokestack. You won't regret it. I made a special pilgrimage with a friend who wanted some bbq, and it did not disappoint. The portions here are generous, and the flavors were on point. We got two orders of the 2 meat combos, and they made a huge platter for us to share. We could barely finish it all. I did notice that they were sold out of a few of the lunch type items, so I recommend going early if your craving is earlier in the day. So don't wait if you want to get some of the best bbq in town.

The bbq tacos…holy hell. We got that and some chicken, the sauce was fantastic. We grabbed a drink at the bar next door and it was a great time!

Well, you forgot to put in two orders of meat! We’ve ordered from here multiple times. Usually our only issue is that an item is SOLD OUT! However, tonight we ordered $100 worth of food, and when it was delivered we were filled up with sides, some ribs and NONE OF THE OREDED BRISKET! How does one forget the brisket?
