Fantastic, handmade to order food that is seriously craveable. I prefer to order the vegetarian options with mushrooms and beans but there are several meat options available as well.

We tried several tacos with the freshest tortillas and guisados. The mole amarillo was delicious and the nopalitos were perfectly cooked! I especially love the tetela de frijol! I’m looking forward to trying their tlayudas and empanadas next time.

My favorite tacos hands down. Fresh, blue corn tortillas. The pastor is insane. I just love it all here. The tlayuda is soooo good. Everything is good and the ladies are as nice as nice can be.

I love that they use a buzzer system so you don’t have to try to hear a name called in a busy food park. Best al pastor tacos I’ve ever had. Super fast and friendly. I’ve eaten there about a dozen times, never disappointed.

When browsing all the delicious food carts at Portland Mercado, you might not make it down to Tierra Del Sol, located at the very right of the stalls, before finding your dinner but it would be a mistake to not check out what this cart has to offer. They serve everything on blue corn tortillas but the thing that stood out to me was how delicious the mole was.
