Shari's Cafe And Pies - Jennings Lodge

Food was standard Cafe food, but the pies were as good as they claim. Very delicious. I had their Marion berry cheesecake this time and it was amazing.

Overall it was clean I haven't been in a Portland restaurant for awhile,all in all it was friendly atmosphere but just needed a trash bin outside of restaurant…in Gresham Oregon

In the mornings when I go there's just one waitress and I believe her name is Maggie but she is one of the most efficient and gracious servers I've ever seen she takes care of everybody that's in the restaurant and handles it beautifully. Well they started off by making excuses of having one waitress no the 1 waitress no water for 20 minutes took our order the omelet was inevitable overcooked and then it took a 1/2 hour to get the check really really went downhills since I was here last time

I think they were training a new cook.... But.... Service was really slow. I ordered “duo” half sandwich and soup… My soup was luke warm and my grilled cheese had fuzz on it.... Like someone had put a towel against it and the static left fuzzy hair all over the surface.... Needless to say I won't be back.
