Proof•reader Restaurant Bar

This is a 5 star experience. This isn't what you'd consider a “five star restraunt.” This place is great and exactly what it is supposed to be. I stayed at the adjacent hotel here for a few days during a work conference. I came here two nights and each night it was fantastic. Both servers were great very professional and relax. Went if for snacks and drinks. Great atmosphere and prompt service. The appetizers (garlic wings and veggies)were delicious as well as the dessert (cake and ice cream). A little expensive but was worth it.

Super friendly staff and the Elk Bolognese was really something special. Highly recommend.

Dinner was decent and it was not a fine dining experience. Whisky was at your own pace and knowledge not much given as help in selection.
