Nachtigall - Jena

With an impressive view of Jena, the culinary excursion to the Nudelmanufaktur Nachtigall began. After a VIP tour behind the scenes of the Nudelfabrik and the review of the illustrative selection of different self-made noodle varieties, we have made special treats in great expectation. My choice fell on the homemade band noodles with ham cream sauce. I found it particularly good that the cooking point of the noodles was perfect and the cream sauce with ham pieces was super delicious. The pasta dishes of my fellow students were also an optical eye-catcher. The Bolognese found special enthusiasm with the homemade sauce. Thanks to our VIP tour we could also taste other specialties. As a personal highlight I found the ravioli with filling (e.g. Thüringer Klöße or Schoko). That's why the flair is very welcoming. I also found it a cozy beer or conservatory and outdoor area with a children's playground. The restaurant area was very clean and well maintained as you wish. Included: A tasteful and optical experience and a recommendation and a new visit worth at any time. Thanks in this place for the great journey!

In a very beautiful, enviable environment, a great destination is actually a great destination in the beautiful season. However, the beautiful outdoor area was rationalized during the last reconstruction measures and a not so large winter garden was built. Also the quality of the ice is no longer as before, but very sweet. For such small balls you should rethink the price, even if it is your own production. Also the noodle dishes are not necessarily the racer, there is better. This laceration can only be with the great location and beautiful views.

Super service, food is mega tasty and the cook is the hardness. Was there for dinner on Monday and I have to say it was just closed. And yet the door was opened and there was a wonderful food in the candlelight. We were alone, and the cook makes the food for us. Great team.

On 23.09.2017 we visited our restaurant for the first time with our 90-year-old Mutti. The beautiful ambience, the guest room and the fun toilet label have already prepared us a fun atmosphere. The service received us very warm and accompanied us on our table! We were very well advised by the service when selecting our foods. Eating was a pale person, so we had to take many noodles from their well presented shelves. We would particularly like to thank Solveig and Koch Micha very much.

Was here with my daughter today! Simply delicious, service top, food top! We had a nice, cozy evening here!
