Corporate intervention is necessary. The staff clearly seem unhappy. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that we all have tough days, but I always make sure to keep a smile and maintain politeness at work. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was very disappointing. We got two breakfast burritos, which were cold—nowhere near warm. I also ordered biscuits and gravy, thinking I was getting the $4 meal, but it turned out to be $6, and all I received was cold biscuits and gravy. Additionally, there are outdated signs advertising French toast bowls, which they no longer serve. I will definitely not be returning; I spent nearly $16 for a lackluster cold breakfast and encountered unhappy staff who seemed bothered.
This restaurant should really close its doors. The staff seems irritated when you place an order, and you can always count on a 20-minute wait. This place is ridiculous!
Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru before we left.
Terrible service. The microphone for the drive thru is broken and despite the note on it saying to pull up to the window and order, they sometimes refuse to take orders and make you go inside.
