Texas Roadhouse - Jefferson

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The steak salad was amazing, and my friend enjoyed a steak with rice. My drink was delicious too. I will definitely return during my time in Jefferson City.

We visited Texas Roadhouse to celebrate our son's birthday, and while the food was excellent, we felt overlooked when it came to the birthday celebrations. There were five other birthdays being celebrated that night, and unfortunately, we seemed to be skipped each time. After asking for the third time, the staff finally came over, but by then we had already finished our meal and paid. We were very disappointed with the experience.

Every time my wife and I try to have dinner here, the service is consistently disappointing. The waiter or waitress takes far too long to bring our drink and food orders, and then the wait for our meals is just unbearable—often over 30 minutes. When the food finally arrives, it seems like it has been sitting under a heat lamp the whole time. I definitely can't recommend this place for dinner anymore.

My Family and I were served by Mr Ernie he was the best server we had in a long long time .Ask for him to serve you and you wouldn't be disappointed he was so nice and thoughtful and just lovely person.

Our waiter Mr Ernie was exceptional and friendly. He was quick to refill drinks and make sure things were taken care of.
