Steak N Shake - Jefferson City

Good shakes but the burgers were the actual worst I've ever had and I've been to multiple S&S locations that were great. A dollar menu McDonald's burger would've been better

Place was filthy. Dirty tables and floors. Soda was flat. Rude staff.

My first time at a steak n shake. in any case they enjoyed the shook. I liked the affordableness of the items on the menu and the taste of the product was acceptable to my standards. I would say it's easy to see why people I've met around these parts recommended it as a good pick up on chain restaurant.

Because I can't give less staring. service was bad none of the server was that friendly food quality is very bad. 20 minutes to get a vanilla shake, and when it finally came out, it had 3 other types of shakes. 10 minutes to make remade. the manager cody I think was his name, has made excuses instead of trying to fix something of it. sanitizing. that is a sweat that the server used menus put on the other menus and simply reuse these menus. expects better service in consideration that they were not busy at 545 o'clock.

I would give this place sincerely ZERO stars, but a star is needed. I have previous experiences with a steak n shake, so I am aware of the challenges that it can bring. but twice now my family and I have just gone so that the server can disappear or be very short (as they had to do something better). Today my children have made a mess with a chocolate shake and we tried to clean it up. the server brought deliveries out and disappeared. do not even have to stop our order. he brought the chili that my man had ordered, and another one, but that was it. Apart from very bad service, the building is contaminated with overflowing garbage.
