Red Lobster - Jefferson City

I dropped by for an early dinner and, as always, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant wasn't busy at that time, which allowed the wait staff to be very attentive. The food was fantastic, and you can tell from the photos. If you find yourself in Jefferson City, Missouri, and are searching for a great spot for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend this Red Lobster.

Our waitress was exceptional and attentive at first, but after serving our meals, she didn’t check in with us to see if we wanted more drinks. Additionally, the chef overlooked one of the dishes I ordered, but we went ahead and paid for it anyway. When we requested a to-go cup, we had to remind her three times before the manager finally brought one to us. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff on duty; despite several empty tables, there were people waiting to be seated. We really need to stop giving these companies a pass when they close early or don’t open at all, or when they operate with a reduced staff just to save money. It’s a frustrating cycle.

The manager was so sweet and the waiters and waitresses were welcoming as well. I am going through somethings so money is short, but they didn't treat me like that and knew I only needed to charge my phone, yet served me water, and let me charge my phone! Also warm up because it was quite chilly that night! I was very grateful and businesses around Jefferson City are not like that anymore and it saddens me personally.....
