Chili's Grill - Jefferson City

Our server, Edward, was excellent—timely, polite, and very helpful. He checked in on us at just the right moments. As my husband and I were ordering appetizers and our meals, he assisted us with the menu and offered great recommendations. By the way, you must try the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers—they're not overly spicy, which is a big plus for me since I can be picky about spice levels. As for the food, there was no long wait, and everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I will say the fries weren't anything special, but they were still good. My burger was cooked perfectly medium rare and extremely juicy! And the ambiance? Classic rock music filled the air—what more could you ask for? Overall, it was a lovely dining experience. Thank you to Edward and the team at the Jefferson City Chili's for a great night out!

Although the restaurant was short-staffed, they made the most of their situation. We were a bit frustrated by the 10-minute wait for a seat, particularly since the place seemed mostly empty. However, the food was delicious, and the waiter did his best to accommodate us.

For years I am in a chili’s restaurant and I was not disappointed by my visit! all about awesome! the service, eating and music/love was all I enjoy in a culinary experience. we were only a good burger on Friday night at 19 o'clock. the service: we had a waiter called edward, who would consider timely, polite, very helpful and in what I would consider a reasonable rate. when the hubby and I ordered our appetizers and meals, he helped us to navigate and recommend the menu. btw, in any case they try the honey chipotle huhn cramps- they are not too spicy in my mind and I am picky over my level of flavor. Eat: not long wait, everything came perfectly cooked to order and was absolutely delicious. except for the fries. I didn't think there was something special about them, but they were good. my burger was on medium rareness and juicy! ambiente: classic rock! what to say! it was a beautiful experience all around! many thanks to edward and the jefferson city chili’s location for a great culinary experience!

In the city for business trips and dinner. my server was savanah who I learned that that was her 3rd day on the job. I ordered my usual but to my disappointment learned that they take it from the menu (chicken fried steak dinner). I chose the 6oz sirloin and it was fantastic. cooked exactly as desired (made good). the fast, friendly service and contagious funny personality of savanah was a pleasant surprise of independence, MO-Shop (that is pathetic). thanks savanah for the excellent service!

They are short-occupied, but they did the best they had. we were annoyed that we had to wait 10 minutes for a place when the place looked empty. the food was good and the waiter did the best he could.
