The food was cooked perfectly. We've ordered the seafood gratin and escargot for appetizers, both were satisfying. For main course the steak with three sauces and the chicken with cream in the pastry (don't remember the french names), anyway, they were real good. Finally, the reason behind the visit is the star, the souffle, the real pleasure. I totally recommend it to anyone visiting the place. Finally, they have %10 off during weekdays which is good for their pricing.
The only memorable thing about this place was the prices. No Foie Gras available, of all things. Escargot were not served in the shell. Pepper steak was undercooked and returrned twice. Chocolate soufflé was passable and the highlight of the night.
The last time I visited La Cuisine was years ago. Somewhere between the years 2000 and 2002. Then, La Cuisine was considered a world wonder. Yes, the food was that great. Today however ... I'll just say, some of that greatness managed to survive through the years.
Not the same standard it used to be, I was shocked tonight from their service and food quality. We ordered 3 lobster dinners as it is lobster night, one of the lobster dishes smelled very bad as it was rotten , I was surprised how did the chief cook allowed it to be served with this quality, I called the manager and it was taken away with no apology to us, the second shocking thing that when we request the check the rotten order was charged in the check ????! That was very bad thing to do and I had to complain again to the manager to take it out : ' . It really missed up our night
