I visited Njofri for the first time yesterday, and I can honestly say I have nothing but praise for it. The atmosphere is lovely, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The savory pancakes are truly special. I haven’t had pancakes that delicious and large in a long time! I tried the ones filled with cheese and ham, topped with a Mexican sauce, and they were absolutely perfect! One pancake would have been sufficient, as I could hardly finish the second! Now I know where I’ll return the next time I’m in Jastrebarsko. Lastly, a big thank you to the owner for keeping my Nordic walking poles safe for me.
