Zax Creamery - Jasper

My son is allergic to milk. I went in for a milkshake for myself and was surprised to see that there were a couple dairy free options and wound up getting him a scoop. I did tell them about the milk allergy and made sure to ask that the dairy free waskept fully separate from the regular flavors, different scoops/equipment and all, was told yes. My son wound up with ananaphylactic reaction and had to get an EpiPen and go to the ER. We know there's a risk of cross contamination any time we eatout and that the responsibility ultimately lies with us, and the staff was very kind when we called from the ER to get theingredient list, but I'm just leaving this review in case any other parents of milk allergic kids are wondering if this is asafe option (it was not in our case). My full dairy chocolate milkshake was delicious!

I would give 10 stars if it we're an option.This place is the JEWEL of Jasper.. The younger staff are motivated ,kind,and courteous! If you like ice cream well it's top notch,if you want a smoothie well then we're talking out of this world!!. BTW trythe peach smoothie. You won't be disappointed. I promise.

I went through the drive-thru hoping for an Orange Creamsicle or Black Cherry ice cream but ended up getting a very good strawberry cone. I quickly snapped a picture of their ice cream menu.

Wow, this is the most delicious ice cream I have ever tried! I came in to grab a cup of coffee for myself, while my husband and son wanted ice cream. The coffee was fantastic - not too sweet and really good (I tried a raspberry mocha for the first time). But let me tell you about the ice cream!!! It was so creamy, so tasty, not too sweet, and I had to stop myself from eating more than my husband and son! It would be a crime for me to live closer to this place!

I visit both locations frequently! This is hands down the best spot for coffee or ice cream. Everything is tasty and the staff are always kind and accommodating.
