Tekkara Lodge - Jasper

We had breakfast at the restaurant two mornings, both days it was very good. The atmosphere is very nice, we wish we would have had time to have dinner there but unfortunately we had other plans.

Tekkara was a great resort with very cute cabins. The cabin we stayed in was a bit tight with the sofa bed folded down, but all in all, it was a nice stay. The restaurant was a bit pricey but well worth the money. We got up in the morning and went for a mountain bike ride on some great trails not too far from the resort. Very centrally located and very easy to get to town by car or by bike, walking could take a little bit. Would stay again.

The restaurant has a fairly good menu selection. The atmosphere is nice. The food is just OK. We have had better in Jasper so this won`t be at the top of our list of places to visit. We were a party of four and only one of us gave our meal a top rating. Prices are not low so not worth the money IMO.

Very nice room. Great location. Great view of the river. Nice bike trails with bikes to rent. Cabins looked cute,but booked too late to get one. It was nice that we got breakfast, but it really didnt have much on the buffet that was that great

Rented one of the cabins with the separate queen sized bed / bedroom with a full living room with a great fireplace that came ready with paper, kindling and wood for all night. Having a full fridge and kitchen and much more. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. Highly recommend.
