Summit - Jasper

Phenomenal food! One of the best meals we visited Jasper. I had the Bison Chili. The woman also had the turkey maize chaser....amazing! Yes, the service is a little slow, but enjoy the view while you wait!

My mother and I ordered the Bison and the Bannock Chili to share (as so many others have ordered it) and it was absolutely delicious! By far our best meal in the Jasper area.

If there was a 1/2 star, I would give 4.5 stars because the coffee was disappointed. I suggest you pick up a Starbucks coffee on the floor of the tram and get up with you. Ideally plan your Jasper Sky tram ride if you have time to hike Whistler's Mountain. For many people, this is the only time they get to the alpine level of the mountains to see the unique vegetation. Then, after your hike, chow down guilt free at The Summit Café. Today I enjoyed an elk sandwich while my lunch mats had the fish tacos, one of them with soup the other with salad. We were all very happy with our selection. How often does that happen?! You have a children's menu if you have small, limited appetite. The view is usually spectacular from the café, but today a cloudy day, we could hardly catch a view of the trams as they came for a landing directly outside the window of some tables ( decide to sit at where you can;

Good view but service is a bit slow. It’s good when you’re not rushing for the return tram. Love the Falafel. Price reflects elevation

Just for the view, I’d do anything to go back! The sky tram is very very nice but very crowded and pricey, at least wasn’t a good value for the money ride wise, however I’ll go back there over and over again for the views! Just go
