One Sushi - Jasper

Service was fast and excellent. eating was very good and cheap. the cook even came to the table and asked if the food was to our pleasure. would be coming back without hesitation!

Eating is really fantastic! I love sushi and have high standards. this sushi tastes fresh and homemade. everything we had was yum! you can say that it is fresh, just from the rice texture. breathe in one night and take the next. both of them were great. I give 4 stars because the service is a little liquid. I also wanted to order pop, but they only dose and I prefer to place where I can get free refills. Maybe they can simply work on their service something to really increase the restaurant. I hope this little jewel stays open for a long time!

Was denied service because we have the dog guide with us

The servers and staff were friendly, but the food was expensive and of lower quality compared to other sushi restaurants. We ordered two special rolls and a miso soup. Unfortunately, we were unable to finish our rolls, despite being sushi lovers. The rice in the rolls was dry, slightly hard, and seemed old. The seaweed was tough to chew and the fish did not taste fresh. Although we have seen many positive reviews of this restaurant, perhaps it was just an off day when we visited.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. If you're craving amazing sushi, this is the place to go. We had a wonderful dining experience and found the portion sizes to be very generous. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant the next time we're in Jasper.
