Karouzos Steakhouse - Jasper

We picked this restaurant as Trip Advisor had it listed as the #1 steakhouse in Jasper and the patio is on the Main Drag in Jasper so the people watching is great.Pro's - our server was very polite. - view on the patio is amazing. Cons - my son's order was messed up twice. We spent a lot of money (ordered beers and ceasars with the meal. My son's order was prime rib with au jus on the side, along with the mushroom and onions on the side. it arrived with everything dumped on top. He spoke to the manager and sent it back. it was returned with the mushrooms and onions scraped off with au just still on top. When he raised it again, she chastised him telling him he needed to specify that when he ordered. He did - twice, and since the prime rib was so expensive we wanted it done right. - my husbands medium rare steak arrived medium well done. After the hassles with my son. he just sucked it up and ate it. He also ordered mushrooms that never arrived, but they charged us for them on the bill. - and speaking of the bill, we paid a lot for our entrees, I was shocked to see that we were charged $3 for mushrooms and $2 for sautéed onions?I rarely do negative review. At the end of the day, we are easy going. We dine out often and recognize that mistakes are made. The reality is, we rang up a huge bill and ordered expensive entrees - it wouldn't been nice if the restaurant had better customer service and made it right. We didn't need a discount, but don't chastise a customer for wanting the meal the way they ordered it (especially when they address it politely).

Basic meal reasonably price. Fish and chips with carrots and corn 20 dollars. Not the best fish and chips I've ever had but nice and hearty on a wet evening. If like me you enjoy a nice sour margarita don't be tempted here as there's very sweet.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality in this restaurent. at first something suspicious, we were taught a better one. the service was friendly, it went smoothly and the food was tastefully good as well as completely adequately portioned.

Delicious meals- large variety which appealed to us as family of four with varying palets. We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed our meal so much we came back for dinner. Pretty rare that we'd go to same restaurant twice on a trip. Service was outstanding. I would recommend the Prime Rib -it was delicious.

Foi uma grata surpresa this restaurant, pois minha filha e e eu estavamos procurendo algo to eat quando nos deparamos com o karouzo's. pedi initially uma salada que estava boa e quite farta e depois order pratos de massas que estavam muito bons por preços acessiveis.
