New management is doing a good job, food was fresh and service was good as well

I can see that the new management is doing good, Food have some improvements as well.

My year old son purchased food from here returned home without the complete order-he returned to the shop with the full order (freezing cold by this point as it is a good minute walk each way) they would only give a packet of chips to go with the cold food, I rang to complain was told I should have sent him with a note!!! (for small fish chips,sausage chips carton of mushy peas) Then to add insult to injury the owner put the phone down on me! Hows that for customer service?I definately won't be returning!

Would not reccommend this place if your used to friendly helpful service.I sent my year old son round for small fish chips, sausage chips a carton mushy peas. They got the order wrong it wasnt noticed till he arrived home, I sent him back round (the food by the time he got back to the shop was freezing as its a walk each way) all they done was give him an extra packet of chips gave him back the freezing food!! When he returned home I telephone the shop was told by the owner I should have sent my son with a note!! She then told me she was busy proceeded to hang up on me!! Definately not good service.

It wasn't long ago, but was really impressed by the fish chips. very busy behind the servier switch, but the young staff succeeded this evening.
