Revolucion Bananera - Jardin

All I've tasted was always very good with a special heart stroke for Brocoli's Hashbrown (and the Paraguay panela con cardamomo! . A restaurant in Jardin that really worth the detour!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Simple and hearty meals prepared with so much love, very generous portions too. We had the avocado cream and sopa de la abuela, hashbrowns with brócoli and mex. Everything was just fantastic, sopa de la abuela is delicious from this world. Note for the vegans, add hummus instead of cheese to the hashbrowns as they standard cheese.

Incredible options to choose, including Colombian and non-Colombian food with some of the ingredients coming from the owners' home garden. A pleasure to spend the afternoon there and chat with the couple that owns the restaurant.

Well I went there 2 times and the truth is that I ate the BEST salad of the world, amazing!!!

Amazing vegan food, our best meal out in ages. Had the banana pb smoothie, salad w broccoli, and hash brown sandwich. Many birds in the garden (saw many hummingbirds and a toucanet! , lovely owners.
