Little Caesars Pizza - Janesville

I placed an online order and made the payment, and the website indicated that they were open until 9 PM. We even received a confirmation email stating that our order would be ready by 7:10 PM. After driving 15 minutes, we arrived to find the two employees holding the door closed from the inside. They informed us that they had closed early because it was just the two of them and they couldn’t manage everything. Now I'm trying to figure out the process for getting a refund or cancelling my order.

I had my order canceled for the fourth time, which was really frustrating. I drove to the restaurant, and I wasn't happy about the situation. To make matters worse, the so-called manager confronted me at the door and got in my face! I will never order from here again, and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone. Instead, I'll advise people to stay away!

At around 8:20 PM, I was hoping to get a freshly made pizza or even just place an order. However, the guy at the counter informed me that they were closing for the night. When I asked when they closed, he replied it was at 9:00 PM. I don't understand why they couldn't prepare my pizza with 40 minutes still to go, but whatever. I won't be returning. It's surprising how some people approach their jobs nowadays.

The dame in register was very nice, I think her name was shay I'm not sure how I loved it and had great energy! when you read the girl! definitely hope to see her again?

They just cancelled my order because they ran out of cheese. How does any pizza place just run out of cheese? The employees were extremely rude. They only sold what was hot and ready, so I got a pizza and two crazy breads with sauce. Apparently because I didn't call it a crazy combo the woman at the counter didn't understand that I wanted to breads.... With sauce. I have no idea how this place is still around.
