Hibachi Sushi - Janesville

I ordered from this restaurant and when I called to inform them that my order was incorrect, they insisted that I pay for delivery again to get the correct items. If I had wanted to pay for delivery a second time, I would have ordered from somewhere else. Because of this experience, I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. The quality of the Japanese food here is unbeatable, and the flavors are absolutely mind-blowing.

The restaurant is constantly changing their website, adjusting menu prices, and overcooking their food. They've also altered the minimum order amount for delivery and now require a tip! This approach is confusing, especially since the delivery staff often mishandle deliveries. There have been several instances where they have gone to the wrong address or entrance. Additionally, the delivery personnel rarely carry change, which means I'm often forced to give them more than the actual amount due, even though I usually tip at least 15%, and often 20%.

I'll start off by saying I love hibachi food. The service was mediocre they expected a tip when we have to put away our own dishes I had the vegetable Hibachi or should I say onion hibachi 90% of the vegetables were onions with some scattered zucchini and broccoli. For the price I pay I would expect more vegetables other than onions definitely will not be eating here again they should do better for what they charge...
