Dairy Queen (treat) - Janesville

The drive-thru was quite busy, but the staff did an excellent job of keeping the line moving smoothly. With the cold weather arriving in the next few days, a dipped cone was just what I needed and it was greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

This is the second time I've used the Drive Thru, and Daniel has served me both times. He is a very professional, thoughtful, and friendly employee. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work!

The owner, Tom, is incredibly kind. We've been visiting this restaurant for quite a while now. Today, we stopped by as we had promised our boys a treat after their vaccinations at the doctor's office. When we arrived, Tom let us know they were closed for the season, which is usual for this time of year. Just as we were about to get back in the car, he rushed outside and generously offered us an ice cream cake. I can't express how much that brightened our boys' day—they were absolutely thrilled! This is a wonderful place with a great family atmosphere. Thank you so much!

I was so excited to discover a DQ in my new city! While they don't serve burgers and fries, the chili cheese dog was absolutely perfect and brought back great memories. The Mint Chocolate Chunk Blizzard was exactly what I needed! I can't wait to return time and time again. It's just what this Texas girl was hoping for!

I had an interesting experience at this Dairy Queen. It felt like the staff might have been either brand new or perhaps a bit too relaxed in the back. Our order was quite simple: a small chocolate cone with sprinkles and a small dipped vanilla cone. However, we found ourselves repeating it four or five times before one of the employees finally seemed to understand. After I paid, we were surprised to receive a chocolate cone without sprinkles and a vanilla cone that wasn’t dipped. I decided to give it 4 stars because the whole situation was quite amusing and provided us with a good laugh. However, if you want to be sure you get exactly what you ordered, be prepared to spell things out for the staff.
