Update: I went back, and I really don't know why—it was a mistake. They messed up again, and one of the staff wrote "free blizzard" on a piece of paper. I asked him if it was legitimate or just a joke, and he assured me it would work. Well, it didn’t, and they treated me like I wrote it myself, which was incredibly embarrassing.
We had a wonderful family time, and I truly enjoyed the experience. The customer service was outstanding!
No rotisserie chicken bits anymore. Big reason my friends and I always came to Dairy Queen. They say it’s a corporate decision. I very poor one.
It’s what you expect, they got rid of orange Julius which is SAD.
