Have tried Crispy Chilly of many other places, in and outside Jamshedpur but none of it compares to the awesomeness served at The Basement Restaurant. This is a place that serves equally delightful veg and non-veg food. For the vegetarians out there, do try the Mutter Paneer. So the rating goes as follows: Food: YES YES YES! full marks!!! Ambience: pretty decent and the patrons are very down to earth decent folk too.
