Subway - Jamestown

This subway restaurant is excellent. I brought my wife and mother here for some subs and we were all very impressed. The dining room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was also very friendly. The subs were delicious and all the toppings and bread were very fresh. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

During my visit to this restaurant, I ordered around nine subs and only one person prepared them for me. He was quick and attentive, excelling at his job and exhibiting great friendliness. The customer service was exceptional and highly appreciated. The subs were delicious! I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

On Saturday at 18:30, I visited the restaurant to order a sandwich, but was informed that they were out of white bread and no sandwiches were ready. I called them at 10 o'clock on Saturday to express my dissatisfaction.

This is the only store i visit because the customer service is top notch. The store is always well maintained and clean. The food is always fresh.

Did a mobile order, said it was gonna be ready at 5:50, I got my food at 6:30! They had me waiting for 40 minutes and got everyone in line before me. They were nice about it but ****, ruined my night. Will not be back, I will drive the extra 5 mins and go somewhere else. EDIT: I actually went back and gave it another try and it’s currently 4:30 AM and I am on my 5th trip to the toilet with vomiting and diarrhea.
