Don Pepe's - Jamesburg

Had the Submarino don pepe (calamares fritos, ceviche de pescado y arroz con mariscos o chaufa de mariscos), the Fried calamari, fish boiled in lime juice Peruvian paella w/ mix seafood or seafood fried rice and it was absolutely delicious. According to our server, it seems the paella and seafood fried rice is the same thing

We spent the weekend in NJ and decided to stop there. Really good ambience and food. We used their happy hour for food and it was good. The flavors were unexpected, complex and simply really delicious at the same time.

The food is fresh and full of taste. Your chicken soup is not one. The roasted chicken, OUT OF THE WORLD. I ordered the delivery and they even called me to tell me that some of the prices on the line were not correct, they were fixed, and that I overpaid (I had not noticed). I just told them that they are sending more food to large house style food, seems to run a big family behind him, will definitely make that this one from my going to places. Thank you.
