It's okay. The bathroom was not in good condition. I dined there twice, and I only really enjoyed my meal once.

This is by far the worst place. I do not recommend the pupusas at all; they were simply disgusting. I'm sorry to say this, but my experience was very disappointing.

I Was Stuck On A Bus For An Extra 30 Minutes After It Had To Detour Because Of An Accident Then Another Detour Because Of Construction On The Van Wyck Expressway. I Had To Go To The Bathroom And Catch A Connecting Long Island Bus. I Saw 2 Restaurants. I Went Inside La Playita. I Explained To The 2 Ladies Behind The Counter,I Just Had To Pee And I Would Purchase A Soda. I Thanked The Ladies And Caught My Long Island Bus.

The food sucks big time, the rice tasted old and i called them and were very rude bc i thought the plates came a side of beans bc on ubereat it doesnt give me a choice to add beans

No one speaks English.. I asked for pepper steak with rice and beans. I got steak with no peppers and onions nor did I receive any rice and beans. Food is not worth the money a can of soda is $2.50. And they had their kids behind the counter picking them up while customers waited. I will never go back there again . The store next door Puerto Plata has way better food and they understand English their food prices reasonable . I DO NOT recommend this place at all ..
