Dunkin' Donuts - Jamaica Plain

The food is fantastic, and I can always find exactly what I need on the menu. The pastries are always fresh, and the service is quick. However, my only issue is the number of flies buzzing around. I don't understand how the staff can work behind the counter while so many flies are flying around, especially with the front door closed. I found myself swatting them away, and my wife was trying to dodge them as well. It was quite frustrating! Despite this annoyance, the overall experience was good, and I will definitely come back—flies or no flies.

I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be informed by an employee that they aren't serving food. It would be helpful to put up a sign indicating that you don't serve food, so people don't have to wait unnecessarily. Because of this, I won’t be able to have breakfast today!

The location is quite busy, but the staff managed to keep up with fulfilling orders efficiently. I appreciate that the restaurant has an A rating. As for parking, there aren't many spots available, but you can find street parking nearby.

I had a very big order everybody worked as a team to see to it that it was met. Especially this very nice woman who packed my car personally. I so appreciate her.

Even though this Dunkin 's outlet doesn 't have a drive thru and is super tiny inside with barely any wiggle room it still gets a steady steam of folks all day long as it sits in the heart of JP. The donuts and hot items are all processed, fast food fare, while the coffee isn 't anything to write home about, but it 's all cheap, especially if you have the addictive mobile app with all its targeted offers. Folks still swear by Dunkin 's here in the Boston area where it all started, and at least the staff members here are able to handle a constant onslaught of orders methodically and professionally. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off center, tackily slanted action shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.
