Plataran Dharmawangsa - Jakarta

Plataran Dharmawangsa, located in the south of Jakarta, offers rustic local Indonesian fine dining. In my opinion, it is one of the top restaurants in Jakarta for Indonesian cuisine. The food and drinks selection is delicious and the portions are generous. The service and atmosphere are exceptional, with a rustic Javanese house and large open rungs filled with birds and fruit trees that evoke memories of childhood joy spent at my grandparent's house. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch, although it is most beautiful at night.

The restaurant has a lovely Javanese atmosphere and the food is delicious. However, they could use better air conditioning.

This restaurant is a beautiful spot for immersing yourself in a vintage wooden house design. The food tastes delicious, making it the perfect place to dine with family or friends. I highly recommend it.

Came here as Hutan Kota Plataran is fully booked. I would say I am glad I choose this place as its quiet, classy and homey. They have also outdoor seating area. Staffs are well trained and very courteous. Food tastes delicious.

We had a very nice dinner at Plataran Dharmawangsa. The Indonesian dishes that we ordered: Salad Putri Dewi, Ayam Betutu, Sei and Oxtail Soup were very tasty and well presented. The ambience and the mood were very nice and warm. The Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. A recommended place for family dinner. Date of visit: 29 October 2021 (with Maga and Junior)
