Bakewell - Jaipur

Bakewell is one of the best bakeries in Jaipur. They offer a wide range of products which are in normal price range and damn tasty. I love the garlic bread and the aloo patties very much. They are the best. No one bakes a better sweet bun. 5 stars definitely.

A visit to bakewell makes your day well. <br/ <br/ <br/ A childhood constant of every jaipurite, a place where you can spoil yourself and eliminate those hunger pangs. This was one of the shop where you could get imported food items since the starting from stock cubes to imported chips.<br/ <br/ <br/ Another asset of this bakery is that they make some impeccable biscuits and puffs. Razor thin puff shots and soft chewy biscuits. It feels you with nostalgia as soon as you enter this bakery. Aroma of all things fresh and nice fills your nose. <br/ <br/ The best are the coconut macaroons! Oh my God such great cookies which keeps on its cravings.

Location: Lane No. 1 in Raja Park (Diagonally opposite to Hanuman Dhaba). Parking is an issue for cars especially during weekends.<br/ <br/ Food: I tried the chicken hot dog about 7 8 years back while I was waiting for someone in Raja Park. Since then, I have always only and only had just one product here the chicken hot dog. There is a special craving for the hot dog every 3 4 months and there is nothing else in the world which can get rid of that.<br/ <br/ The taste and quality has been standard since then. The combination of the white sauce and the spices they put on the meat seekh is just brilliant. Must try!

A lot of childhood memories attached to this place for me. So, I might be a bit biased in my review here. <br/ <br/ This was one of the best bakeries of Jaipur back in the day, It still remains one of the most popular ones. <br/ <br/ My birthday cakes came from this bakery for years and it made all the neighbors kids jealous :D<br/ <br/ The cookies were just outta this world and yum, I went on n on eating 'em.<br/ <br/ The patties were so amazing and delicious, I am running short of words. <br/ <br/ Oh, yes, this was one of those shops which used to shut during lunch hour and Surprise! Surprise! It still does which brings with it that old school vibe and another one of the reasons I love this shop. <br/ <br/ It 's, Near Hanuman Dhaba, raja park.
