Sabress Kosher - Jaco

Working with Toni to create delicious meals for our weeklong stay in Costa Rica was a pleasure. We had one batch of food delivered to us in Manuel Antonio and picked up a second batch on the way to La Fortuna. Despite the long drive, Toni was able to freeze our food so it stayed fresh when reheated. Our family's favorite dishes were the Sababa Grill mix (especially the shnitzel!), green beans, and cigars. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Toni even prepared dairy dishes separately in her own kitchen since the restaurant only serves meat and parve, which was amazing. Our dairy favorites were the Kada, quiches, and pesto ziti. My only regret is not dining in the restaurant itself! We hope to visit again soon.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and the portions were HUGE! We felt like royalty while dining here. It was great to find such an amazing kosher option while on vacation. Toni was also very helpful in accommodating my gluten-free dietary needs. I give it five stars!

The food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch! What more could you ask for in a restaurant? There's a nice variety of dishes, portion sizes are just right, and the service is very attentive. This Brooklyn resident highly recommends it.

This was an amazing restaurant with absolutely delcious kosher food and personal service. Toni, the owner and chef and hostess is the woman who can do it all. she puts out incredible moroccan and israeli dishes (the best arayas, fish balls, shwarma, shnitzel, hummus and babaganoush. we ate there and brought food in from the restuarant multiple times, including for shabbat where she sent us enough food for an army that we enjoyed throughout our stay. It was the best food we had during our trip. and on top of all the cooking, Toni also planned all of our acitvities during our stay, inclduing surf lessons with her husband Izu and she gave us an itinerary we will always remember.

Food was fresh and delicious! 100% authentic Israeli cuisine done right! Lovely to have hot kosher food while on vacation in Costa Rica.
