Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I had a better experience during my most recent visit to this restaurant compared to previous ones. The service used to be terrible, as it seemed to be understaffed and disorganized. My drink would be given to me with the lid barely on, causing it to spill down the side.

I had the worst service I have ever received at a Zaxby's. The female staff members were chatting on their cell phones and gossiping with each other, making me wait almost 15 minutes. This location should be moved, and the person responsible for hiring the staff should do surprise visits to check on their behavior. The dining room was dirty, with spilled drinks on the tables that were not cleaned up. A young lady gave her friend a free meal for five people and drinks without paying, saying "I'll see you tonight." I am looking forward to when the Zaxby's in Sherwood reopens.

The chicken at this restaurant is delicious, but the only issue I have is that the prices have not been updated to reflect the new prices. It is important to ensure that the drive-thru signs are accurate to avoid any confusion.

Don’t come here if you want FAST food. Waited 30 minutes for a salad that was topped with wilted and old vegetables. Workers’ attitudes were very rude. After behind remade, my salad was missing 2 ingredients. Won’t be back and won’t recommend. Worst Zaxbys i have EVER been to.

The staff went above and beyond with their service. From greeting me when I walked in. To helping me make my meal fit my dietary requirements. They got me my drink from the self-serve fountain in the lobby and held the doors open for me as I left. And the food tasted great. Thank you, Zaxby staff, for making my visit so enjoyable. ?
