Whataburger - Jacksonville

Everything about this restaurant and the food felt pretty ordinary. The burger lacked flavor, and the fries tasted cold and stale.

After a football match, we stopped for some burgers at a place known for their quality. The staff were friendly, but we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The burgers were good, but the wait wasn't worth it.

We were the only customers in the restaurant when we placed our order. Shortly after, around 10 more people arrived. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered. The fries were cold, the burgers tasted old, and the chicken strips were dry. My chicken sandwich was decent, but overall, the cleanliness of the place was just okay – it wasn’t truly clean. For three regular meals and a child's meal, we spent $33.

Love whataburger and this location was great! Clean facilities and staff were very friendly. The food came out fresh and fast. We will definitely be back for a visit!

I actually loved the burger. I ordered the number 2 special order. I did not wait long. The store provided me and my gues with a number placard and the food was brought hot and fresh by Joe. He was great Ann offered more ketchup, salt, pepper and anything. The cashier was very nice as well. I'm sorry I did not catch her name. An excellent recommendation for a quick and non greasy quality bite.
