Wendy's - Jacksonville

Burger was fresh, frosty was good, drive-thru wait was acceptable. A 5-star experience would be a little more personality from the drive-thru attendant or the burger being really pretty when unwrapped. But overall a good experience for fast food.

This Wendy's had the best fries. Need to come teach Bartram Park how to cook and be so friendly at the counter. Dont recall the young mans name but he was great.

I don’t review fast food often but I thought the people should know this Wendy’s is the best probably in all of Jacksonville. I live close to Bartram and would drive here just for this Wendy’s. Just ordered at 8:30pm on a Sunday night, with super low expectations obviously because it’s Wendy’s. But also because I’ve had horrible experiences at some of the “nicer” locations including the one in Bartram (Which is horrible at any time of day and never fresh). Well let me be the one to tell you that everything (minus the fries being medium warm) I ordered was super fresh, I mean HOT, with all fresh toppings and was made with love. I was honestly so surprised. The guy who took our order over the loud speaker was so nice and energetic so I already knew the food was going to be good. We ordered a baconator, chicken Asiago ranch club, Dave’s double, and some nuggets everything very good. Come to this Wendy’s!

I had low regards for this Wendy’s a couple mouths ago, but wow did they shape up. Not only was the food fresh and probably one of the best Wendy’s meals I had thus far the service was very polite and even had a laugh with the person taking my order. Definitely recommend if your craving some fast food.

It hangs sometimes they are great and often close the dining room 2.5-3 hours early
