Wendy's - Jacksonville

I don't understand how a business can run without money. they can not give u change due to lack and they can not return single dollar bills if they give them accurate change. Why don't they close until they get what they need.

What can I say about Wendy's I used to love their salads they were fresh and on point but within the last few years the hospitality is poor the food is not up to standard not even worthy to be called Wendy's the salads is overpriced and undermade always something missing a little or no salad why bother

Rude manager I don't know if she thinks customers are her kids but you need a new morning manager GM is horrible to say the least! Will never eat at this location again thanks to you GM !!

I order online tonight got all the food cold and meet had a lot of red and blood coming from it I’ve worked for a Wendy’s as a manager and never ever seen this happen plus my drinks were flat I will not be returning to this location

Aweful!! We were on a 7 hour drive and wanted food. It is 1:30 AM and we are hungry and tired. Now i understand that it is close to closing but I'm sure the company itself would never turn down customers...right... that's what i thought! This young lady that works here wasn't taking our order, we called through the speaker and no one answered (again we knew they were opened) she then gave us an attitude and didn't let us finish our sentence. When we arrived to the window she rolled her eyes and gave attitude again. I understand that it's late but with that attitude, that won't get you anywhere! Anyways that's all!
