Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Jacksonville

Selena, her manager is VERY rude without customer service skills and an alcoholic. She threatens me every time I go to the store. Then I tell her manager about her, she doesn't seem worried at all because her manager always harassed me where she was before her and nothing was done. Then the manager tells me to call someone else who suspects he's the district manager and she's not reactive or helpful. Everyone says they care about something, but nothing is done. The fact that she is still working with a customer service, let alone the manager is switching on me.

Selena the manager is respectless rude and has zero customer service skills. Besides their employees in the late night. This place was somewhere I went to go every morning. Now they'll never get my service again. Because of a person!

Mostly good food and service. Slowly today, because I think they were flooded with extradition orders. Selina seems to hold the place together, the only one with a sense of urgency.

No problems in this place. Smoothies are always on the point. Have to order food with this special, but I love Tropical Smoothie?s packs. So delicious and many of very inexpensive.

First time, last time customer. Took 20 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Order was placed at 12:02, got them at 12:22. There were 3 customers in the store. Detox Island Green was good for what it is. Starfruit was not so good, tasted bitter and bland.
