Steak 'n Shake - Jacksonville

Grew up in the middle west I was raised to steak n shake. in the did I went to college on the road from the original restaurant. So I have such loving memories and wanted him another attempt after years not to have it. in general it was the same as in past. the decisive difference was that they now order at a kiosk instead of being served at a table. the eating itself was similar, with taking the burger meat, which is no longer so good/flavorful. the milkshake was amazing as always. the restaurant seemed clean.

Haven't eaten here in a while. I got the garlic steak burger and it was really good. Different setup you go to a kisok first and then sit down. I know you have to listen to your name or order number but I wasn't able to hear because I was with my autistic son and he was making noise. The staff that was there was on it and helped me. She was so awesome. She was helpful and always asked if she can help. It's tough because since it is kinda self service she doesn't get tipped so I did. I would definitely come back here for the good and service and the milk shakes are so good.

Food was amazing! The place is fairly clean but needs work and upkeep during the day when patrons are eating/leaving. No one ever spoke a single word which is odd and makes it seem unfriendly. But the food was good

Genuinely horrible customer service. Woman at the drive through was rolling her eyes and her neck at me, yelled at me, and tried to argue with me when I asked a question about my order. I'm not one to leave negative reviews....but this experience was prettybad. And it was definitely the woman's attitude toward her job and the customers.

Service was quick and easy. Would rather five stars if the kiosk had more customization choices. Such as the ability to change the type of cheese or get mayo for fries.
