Starbucks - Jacksonville

6/1/2021 Had my first chilled Mocha Frap after over a year and oh my it was the nectar of the caffeine gods. The taste was just as I remember and was looking forward to. The restaurant was clean. Seating is spaced out to allow for Covid spacing. The staff was quick and courteous. I had just sat down and my order was ready. Definitely will visit again.

Been coming here for years. Sometimes not as often as I I would love to but I gotta say honestly love coming here and the baristas are awesome I'll give them a 10+????????????????????

While I was waiting I opened the straw. I had paper in one hand and the opened straw. My drink came so I just put the straw in the drink because I had something in my other hand, then grab the drink. The young lady at the drive decided to tell me that in her Opinion she thought that was rude. For for me never to do that again. Really! Then very Condescenderly told me to have a good day. Won't be going back there because all of that was so unnecessary.

I come here almost everyday before work/when needed and I just wanna say the energy and the respect this starbucks holds is immaculate! Everyone is so so sweet. Yesterday I came in for a mobile order i thought i placed online and after standing there for 10 minutes like an idiot, a barista came over and helped me situate MY mistake of not placing the order(i?ve been soo stressed i think im losing brain cells) and they were stillll so sweet about handling it and instantly made me my order. Just the other day i came in for a big order and had ?have a good day? written on my cake pop bag and it truly made my day! It?s the little things that matter and they do an amazing job making their regulars feel appreciated. i hope this review does the same for all of them! best starbucks ever

This place is amazing!! Fast and courteous everyday every-time . I?ve been coming here daily since they opened and have never had one single issue. This is the only Starbucks I?ll go to because with me they have literally been flawless. Highly recommended to anyone that enjoys good conversation, attention to detail, and rapid service !!
