Sonic Drive-in - Jacksonville

We waited for about half an hour before we were even able to order. We finally get to order and waited for our food. The first order brought out to us was not our food. The employee handed me most of the food and I was physically holding it in my car when I realized it was the wrong order. I handed it back to her and she immediately took it to the next car who I'm sure had no idea someone else's hands were on it. Then our order finally came and it was old and disgusting. Such a shame, because we love sonic.

This is the place where u bring ur own gear.... but the food makes u happy so u rather not complain. U want a lid for your drink? BRING YOUR OWN! U want a fork to eat your chili cheese tots? BRING YOUR OWN! You want some napkins to clean yourself up after eating with your fingers bc u forgot your emergency fork? You get the idea. And don't expect a sorry.... these are some fresh out of mommas house barley able to balance a budget working for min wage kids. But when I say.... this junk food hits THE SPOT! YUM YUM YUM. don't forget to bring the essentials!

I leave this review today because after 25 minutes in my car sitting absolutely angry and waiting for them to take my order. I asked the car next to me if it took a long time to order, and they said yes, I had immediately pulled after them. I was standing at 29. When you came to eat, I asked the young man if this machine didn't work or what's going on, and he said it was broken. With a friend for a cream **** I didn't have in years, but it was so hot outside 98°, but felt like 103°! the weatherman has that right?! the lady who served us was very sweet and my cream mud was cool and delicious! I will visit sonics happy hour menu, as I also used for this skorcher of a summer?!
