First timers and wasn?t aware it was more of a fitness/health spot. My children wanted a smoothie and Google lead us to this location as we were shopping in Town Center. The cashier told me my total was $8.92, so I gave her $20.02 and asked her for a dime back. She gave me $11.06 and said it was ?8 cents.? I guess our younger generations are not doing so well at math. My receipt confirmed, $8.92 lol?
The up-selling of additional fruits catches you of guard. You place the order as you want it and it's followed by an immediate, would you like to add strawberries or pineapples or mango... whatever the fruit. It all happened so fast and you want to say yes, then you realize it's so extra and that's not how the smoothie comes. Slightly frustrating, especially when ordering with kids that just say yes. Other than that, service was quick and the smoothies were delicious.
This place used to be really fun! I know because I worked here. We greeted everyone loudly and with enthusiasm, and always made convo. While I didn?t like the salesy attitude of some people as a customer, it was still fun. This was in 2017. I moved back recently and this is my go to location. Usually when the ladies are working they?re friendly. Not super enthusiastic like the ones I worked with, but make conversation. But today two guys were working and didn?t greet me at all. Even when he got off the phone. I said hi how are you no response. And it was just really awkward and stiff if my expectations were lower I wouldn?t care. Plenty of places are dry and boring. But I remember when this place was super fun to walk into as a customer. Now with that expectation it feels like a funeral home.
Clean, fast and great service. Wish the smoothies we're slightly more affordable or they had more offers available which in turn would make us want to go more often
