Selvino's Pizza - Jacksonville

Their thin crust pizzas are fantastic, and I can’t get enough of the huge calzones and strombolis. I usually go for the big pepperoni and cheese, especially the extra-large stromboli packed with pepperoni, sausage, ricotta, and mozzarella. I’m not looking for a small bite; I ask for double pepperoni and extra cheese and ricotta. It’s just amazing—those flavors are incredible, and the portion is huge! At $20, it’s a paradise for pizza lovers! They also provide 3-5 sauces with your order, and their marinara is really good. If you ask for an extra sauce, you’ll likely end up with five! I can’t say enough about the pizza and stromboli they serve. I live close by, and even when I call after hours, they’re quick to accommodate me! In this neighborhood, pizza places have come and gone, and I've had trouble getting responses from some places, especially the ones promoting buy-one-get-one-free offers. But Selvino's is consistently reliable—I just love it!

I dined in the city after the Jacksonville Marathon and ordered pizza for post-race recovery. We placed our order online, and the delivery was impressively quick. The delivery person even brought the pizza all the way to our hotel room, which was greatly appreciated after running 26.2 miles! The pizza was delicious, and the Greek salad with its dressing was absolutely wonderful. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it!
